DKG Initiation and Presentation
On Saturday, November 18, Sara Petitt was initiated into Delta Kappa Gamma and has become a member of our Gamma Alpha Chapter (Grand Central Library, New York City).
Penny Ellis spoke to chapter members about her professional and personal life devoted to teaching young people with special needs. Penny related the challenges she experienced with her students as they grew from elementary to high school level. She expressed with pride the progress her students made to achieve the social and academic skills needed to become valued members of their community (Grand Central Library, New York City).
