Mr. Abe Levine, co-founder of the United Federation of Teachers (UFT), talks to Gamma Alpha Members
Mr. Abe Levine (co-founder and former UFT Vice President, Member of UFT Executive Board and NYSUT Board) spoke to Gamma Alpha Members about important issues in education today at the Algonquin Hotel in New York City.
Mr. Abe Levine was the former Vice President for the elementary schools of the United Federation of Teachers (UFT). Since his retirement, he has continued to be an ardent trade unionist who participates in all of the UFT'S political actions and also serves as the UFT's unofficial historian.
